1. Information We Collect

Testimonify collects information you provide when you:

• Create an account (email address)
• Set up your business workspace (business name, website URL, logo)
• Receive testimonials (reviewer name, email, photo, testimonial content)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Testimonify service
• Send you transactional emails (new testimonials, account updates)
• Process billing and subscription management via Polar
• Display your approved testimonials on your website via our widget

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. Testimonial content is only publicly visible after you explicitly approve it. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Reviewer Data

When your customers submit testimonials, they provide their name, optional email, and optional photo. This data is stored on our servers and may be publicly displayed (with their consent) as part of the testimonial widget on your website. Reviewers may request deletion of their data by contacting you or emailing us directly.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Polar — payment processing and subscriptions

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes all associated business data and testimonials.
