1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Testimonify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Testimonify is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to collect, manage, and display customer testimonials on their websites. We provide tools including a collection form, testimonial management dashboard, and embeddable widget.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not use the service to collect fraudulent or fake testimonials
You must obtain proper consent from reviewers before displaying their testimonials
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Testimonify to:

Collect or publish false, misleading, or defamatory testimonials
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service

5. Billing and Plans

Testimonify offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all testimonial data collected through your account. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this data as part of providing the service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Testimonify is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
